Description Matthias Muench 2017-11-20 14:04:01 UTC
Description of problem:
Object Gateway Guide, Chapter 4.3.2: "Delete a zone" in the 2nd important note on deleting a zone: deleting a root pool ,..., will remove all of the system's configuration.
1) it's misleading since the "system" doesn't refer to anything specific.
2) it removes any configuration for the realms that stored config information in it; it doesn't affect other realms not using this root pool

It should state something like this: "Deleting a root pool, such as, .rgw.root will remove all of the realm configuration from the cluster. All realms, storing config information in it, will be affected. If you really want to remove a root pool make sure that no other than the anticipated realms will be affected."
