Description of problem: Cinnamon calendar applet shows a wrongly formatted clock when custom date format is used.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): cinnamon-3.6.2-3.fc28.x86_64


How reproducible: Login to fedora rawhide cinnamon spin

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click clock in notification area
2. select configure
3. enable "Use a custom date format"

Actual results: Hour and minutes are displayed one on top of the other, regardless of the set format.


Expected results: Custom date format displayed in clock.
