Description of problem:

If a user has clicked on "Refresh every 10s" and while it is taking time, the user tries to "sign-in" it throws a pop-up with "Problem ! Unexpected error reported in UI"

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to the dashboard
2. Click on refresh symbol on top right most (Ensure it is not a cached page)
3. Click on Sign-IN

Actual results:

Problem ! Unexpected error reported in UI

Expected results:

A. It should either wait for refresh to complete before Sign-IN page OR,
B. It should directly go to sign-in page without waiting for refresh page OR,
C. The error should be clear enough to user on why its failing.
