Description of problem:
Cannot access HTML5 Console for VMware ESXi 6.0. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.9

How reproducible:
Believe 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to CFME, add vSphere provider
2.Make sure to configure VMware console support to VNC
3.Open VM Console for any of the VM

Actual results:
See screenshot
Cannot access HTML5 Console for VMware ESXi 6.0. 

Expected results:
Should be able to Access the console for VMware ESXi 6.0, but 6.5 onward should remain Disabled.
