Description of problem:
When adding a keyboard shortcut on the 'onehalf' key, it will trigger both on the 'onehalf' key, but also on the '5' key.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Danish keyboard layout
2. Add a keyboard shortcut on 'onehalf' key (located left of '1' key)
3. Press the '5' key

Actual results:
The shortcut triggers

Expected results:
'5' is inserted in the current application

Additional info:
This is not an issue in Fedora 26.

Issue is gone in f28.
