Description Irit Goihman 2017-11-16 10:30:20 UTC
asyncore module is used for handling asynchronous communication, currently being used in VDSM JSONRPC client/server implementation.
This module is too old, first introduced in python 1.5 and has a few limitations.
VDSM yajsonrpc code contains some hacks to overcome the limitations but we should adopt a much cleaner solution.
In order to address those limitations, asyncio module was created and introduced on https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-3156/
This is a python 3 module so the code has to be python 3 compatible before we can perform this change.
