the report file of the failed instalation

Hello; my freinds
I tried to install in a VMware station "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation 7.2 x86_64",with booting from lan and following ks.cfg from my other Centos VMware station in the same laptop "Macbook pro : Mac OS" .

So, the installation from LAN began,
dhcp is OK,
tftp is OK,
Installation begin,
but after a while,I have this problem:

dracut-initqueue[793]: Warning: /dev/root does not exist
[ 198.716913] localhost systemd[1]: Starting Dracut Emergency Shell...
[ 198.767034] localhost systemd[1]: Received SIGRTMIN+21 from PID 796 (plymouthd).

I expect to install back my Workstation after format it.
So I have a linux script where I introduce the adress mac "00-22-64-2e-51-cc" of the machine client "where I m hoping to install the Redhat... + Software", after executing the Script all files are generated correctly: dhcpd.conf, tftp files and folders, nfs... and the ks.cfg.
I think that the ks.cfg is hardwarly not compatible with my new VMware station client, because the Script thought that the client is an real machine with a different devices, So I hope that someone could help me with this bug (ks.cfg or another Bug ???) please and thank you.
best regards
