Description of problem:

Enabling SSO for CFME does not enable it for Self Service

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up Web SSO for CFME.
2.  Ensure SSO can be used to log in to administrative site
3.  Navigate to /ui/service/login  and refresh.

Actual results:

User is asked to authenticate


Expected results:
WebSSO should have signed the user in to the site.


Additional info:

Configuration in /etc/httpd/conf.d does not reference /ui/service/login suburl.

This is related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1468344  and it is possible that implementing that will fix this.
