Description of problem:

get-state incorrectly dumped the state file to "/" when using odir .


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

glusterfs-3.8.4-52

How reproducible:

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. gluster get-state odir .


Actual results:
# gluster get-state odir .
glusterd state dumped to ./glusterd_state_20171110_093452
# 


Expected results:

It should dump the state file to the current directory. Instead its dumping to "/"
