Some notes from Tony(abreeds@redhat.com) the SME:
    1.    Install your x86 overcloud as per sections 1-6
    2.    Follow the directions in section 8 to pre-provision your ppc64le node running RHEL
    3.    On the director node install $package_to_be created
    4.    On the director node create a custom profile for your ppc64le compute nodes
    5.    Associate the ppc64le computer nodes with the new profile
    6.    Follow the instructions in section 10 to scale the overcloud to the new ppc64le compute nodes
    7.    #profit
