Description of problem:
Couldn't find correct component to list this under (Seriously, could you make it any harder to tell you about things that don't work?). Wifi doesn't resume after suspending and resuming my laptop, which is a Samsung Note 9 (2016), i7, 8gb RAM, 256 SSD. This used to work flawlessly before a recent update.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close laptop lid
2. Open Laptop lid
3. Wifi now doesn't work
