Description long 2016-08-10 17:53:38 UTC
Description of problem:
I used to be able to generate DTMF tones while on a phone call (to navigate a phone tree for example) but today nothing happens when I click the various numbers on the dial pad.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pidgin-sipe-1.21.1-1.fc23.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Accounts -> Office Communicator -> Call a phone number
2.+18887885264
3.Call
4. Wait until phone answered and you are prompted to enter the number 1
5. Try clicking 1 repeatedly

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
the #1 DTMF tone is sent and I can get through the phone tree

I'm not actually sure this is a pidgin problem. I just tried my skype client on my iphone and appeared to have the same problem. May be a problem in our phone system on my end.

Comment 2 Stefan Becker 2016-08-10 18:48:50 UTC
There is nothing DTMF related in SIPE. So the problem can't be SIPE.

Closing as NOTABUG.
