Description of problem:
Although abrt-cli prints the following message in its output:
  Run 'abrt-cli report /var/spool/abrt/....' for creating a case in Red Hat Customer Portal

users still tend to open Customer Cases manually which leads to several rounds of asking for additional data that are already captured by ABRT.

The "Customer Portal" term is not widely understand by the users and should be placed at the beginning of the message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sleep 1000 &
2. kill -SEGV %%
3. abrt-cli list

Actual results:
Run 'abrt-cli report /var/spool/abrt/...' for creating a case in Red Hat Customer Portal

Expected results:
To report the problem to Red Hat Support, run 'abrt-cli report /var/spool/abrt/...'
