A conflict to the python-firewall and firewalld-filesystem will be added against the old packages (before introducing the sub package).

A conflict for python3-firewall (not built) will be added also for completeness.

Workaround for downgrading:

before downgrade issue: rpm -e --nodeps python-firewall firewalld-filesystem
then proceed with downgrade with the rest of firewalld packages.
