Does running 'delloem mac list' on the IPMI cli interface return all four interfaces? If not there probably isn't much we can do about this.

Are all four interfaces onboard or are two on a separate card or cards?

If they're separate we can turn this into a docs bug to state that we can only detect interfaces on the system board.

Comment 3 Thom Carlin 2016-08-05 15:51:27 UTC
I would need more information on "delloem" -- it is not on the overcloud controller nor on any of the repositories the undercloud has enabled.

Comment 4 Jason Montleon 2016-08-05 16:03:22 UTC
You need to log into the ipmi cli and try running it.

Comment 5 Jason Montleon 2016-08-05 16:13:29 UTC
You are seeing the two interfaces we are getting information on:
System LOMs
NIC Number	MAC Address Status

0 20:47:47:84:b0:28	Enabled
1 20:47:47:84:b0:2a	Enabled

iDRAC7 MAC Address 20:47:47:84:b0:2c

No other interfaces are displayed.

Can you provide the details on whether the other interfaces are installed on a separate pci-e card, etc.?

Comment 7 Jason Montleon 2016-08-05 16:58:59 UTC
This just needs to be documented that the ipmi autodetection for dell drac's will only work with onboard NIC's. The IPMI interface is not providing any information about other cards so we have no way to autodetect them.
