Description of problem:
Unable to change e-mail address

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Forgot password, send link to reset password
2. Remembered password, logged into BZ
3. Visited "Preferences" -> "Account Information"

Actual results:
Only prompt states "Please enter your existing password to confirm account changes."

Expected results:
Expected a prompt to change my email address. This password reset request occurred approximately 1 month ago and expected that the system would have scrubbed the request and returned the prompt that would allow me to change my email address.

Additional info:
I no longer have access to Stuart.Kirk@wipro.com.  I need my BZ email changed to Stuart.Kirk@microsoft.com

Hi Stuart, our Bugzilla instance has code in place to prevent email address' being change by anyone with a partner email account, this is related to partner confidentiality. You will need to create a new account for your new email address.

I have opened Bug 1354237 to get the UI fixed so it actually tells you what is going on.
