Description of problem:
We are trying to bring Fedora to MIPS platform and this requires fixing ldflags in asterisk. Similar to aarch64, MIPS does not accept -m32/-m64.

Actual results:
Build dies on unrecognized -m32/-m64

Expected results:
Build works
