Description of problem:
Go to community and sign in as non-admin. Then using search box on the top and search something. It will prompt error message "Access Denied". While sign in as admin and search something, it return correct result successfully. It's a regression bug but it worked well on last Friday.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to community and sign in as non-admin
2. Try to search something in the seach box on the top
3. Go to community and sign in as admin
4. Try to search something in the search box on the top

Actual results:
It will prompt error message "Access Denied" using non-admin account. And it can return correct result using admin.

Expected results:
It should return correct searching result using both admin and non-admin account.

It worked correctly when I test on Fabiano Franz's instance last Friday, so it's a regression bug.

This rely on Drupal content so it won't be available on new devenvs, INT or STG. It must be tested on the devenv I provide for that.

Test it on Fabiano Franz's instance, it can return right result. So no other problem.
