Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi
request for this issue as it contains the top-level parent bug(s) as well
as this tracking bug.  This will ensure that all associated bugs get
updated when new packages are pushed to stable.

mingw32-gnutls version in epel-5 is mingw32-gnutls-2.6.4-3.el5.  This issue was only introduced upstream in 2.11.5, hence epel-5 packages are not affected.

epel-5 version is affected by a flaw with similar impact - CVE-2009-5138, see bug 1071851.
