Doc Text:
In the current version, the setenv.sh script is missing from jboss-dv-psqlodbc-6.0.0-X.rpm. This file is required when installing ODBC driver. The setenv.sh script adds the required directories to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH environment variables. The workaround is to create following setenv.sh script before you install ODBC driver. $ vi setenv.sh [setenv.sh] ODBCINI=/opt/redhat/jboss-dv/v6/psqlodbc/etc/odbc.ini LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/redhat/jboss-dv/v6/psqlodbc/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH export ODBCINI export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JDV 6.0.0

Expected results:
Include the setenv.sh file in jboss-dv-psqlodbc-6.0.0-X.rpm.

Comment 3 Eiichi Nagai 2014-02-13 04:34:29 UTC
[workaround]

Create the following setenv.sh by manual operation.

ex) setenv.sh
ODBCINI=/opt/redhat/jboss-dv/v6/psqlodbc/etc/odbc.ini
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/redhat/jboss-dv/v6/psqlodbc/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export ODBCINI
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

I don't believe I'm the correct assignee for this bug. Can we please change it to reflect the true owner?
