I found a strange behaviour under gnome-shell that caught my attention. Whenever I run an application (can be anything) and some dialog pops up the app behind it becomes slighlty grayed out (tinted ?). The usual behaviour is that once you close the dialog the app becomes colored as it was before. But quite often this is not the case. The app stays grayed - even if the dialog got closed. You can normally continue using your app but it's stil tinted.

I apply a screenshot showing google-chrome as example. On the left you see a new google-chrome window and on the right you see the grayed google-chrome window. The new one on the left is a child window from the right one.

I expect this behaviour to be fixed somehow.

Looks like this has been fixed with recent package updates. So closing this report. Thanks for feedback.
