Description of problem:
Opening a Windows VM using virt-Manager/virt Viewer the special key sequences do not work any more.
If you navigate with the mouse to the Icon for "disabilities" the mouseclick is accepted.
UNIX VMs can be maintained without problems.

It is all working normally afaict in my testing. I'm assuming this is some guest OS problem not honouring the key sequence virt-viewer/manager are sending. Feel free to reopen in the event this is still a problem (i'm guessnig not given this is 5 years old with no updates)
