Steps to Reproduce:
# firewall-cmd --permanent --add-rich-rule 'rule service name="ftp" log level="info" audit accept'

Actual results:
ERROR: Failed to load zone file: PARSE_ERROR: audit: Unexpected attribute level

Expected results:
