Description Tarhon-Onu Victor 2002-10-24 15:34:41 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823

Description of problem:
ipcalc -b
echo \?\?
ipcalc -m
ipcalc -n
echo \?\?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit, say, /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth7 and write there
something like:
2. ifup eth8
3. route -n | grep ^
Cool, is't it?

Actual Results: The connected route to this interface will be
broadcast !!! ipcalc misscalculates the broadcast, the network
and the ip netmask for /32 addresses.
It's very cool when you'll redistribute this via bgp/rip/ospf/whatever.
