Description of problem: Best clocksource on 2.6.18-194.el5.x86_64 kernel is jiffies

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kernel 2.6.18-194.el5.x86_64

How reproducible: 100% on available hardware

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cat /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/available_clocksource
Actual results: jiffies

Expected results: tsc, hpet, and pit

/sys does not report a valid clock for x86_64.  This is a known discrepancy on the arch and in RHEL5.
