Description lars 1999-07-12 08:44:24 UTC
If KickStart is told to configure via DHCP, the "nfs
--server" has no effect and always tries to mount from the
DHCP server.

Comment 1 David Lawrence 1999-07-12 17:53:59 UTC
I could not get this to fail on our test network with a standard 6.0
install. Here is the kickstart file that I used.

lang en

network --bootproto dhcp

nfs --server --dir /mnt/dist/6.0/i386

device ethernet tulip

keyboard us

clearpart --all

zerombr yes

part / --size 500
part swap --size 128
part /usr --size 2 --grow
part /home --size 2 --grow

mouse --kickstart generic3ps/2

timezone --utc US/Eastern

xconfig --monitor "tatung cm14uhe"

rootpw password

auth --useshadow --enablemd5

lilo --location mbr

@ Workstation

echo 'Kickstart $Revision: 1.2 $' `date` > /etc/motd
