Description of problem:

When using  \includepdf[pages=-]{myfile.pdf} from package
pdfpages, only the first page of the pdf document is included and as many times as there are pages (see for instance https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/418212/includepdf-only-shows-first-page-despite-having-specifed-the-second-page)
To fix the problem I had to update to newer version of graphics and graphics-def available from CTAN (from 2018-01-08) while the fedora 28 seems to be from 2016
