Description Dhaval 2014-01-24 16:58:02 UTC
I am looking for a feature in katello so i can give access to user for particular repository only.

For example if i have Product1 with REPO1 and REPO2 inside it .. and i have PRODUCT2 with REPO3 and REPO4

now i have created Content view for REPO1 from product1 and REPO3 from PRODUCT2, so i am looking for some feature so if user has access to REPO1, he should not be able to install packages available in REPO2.

the reason we are looking for this and it's bit critical for us because we will have many custom repositories which will belong to Application user .. and i dont want any application user run some katello command and start upgrading kernel package or some critical package ...

will be good if we have some roles created so we can restrict users on installing packages from certain repositories only.
